1. (c) & (d) Government of India has consistently conveyed its concern to the United States about the adverse impact of its assistance, essentially military aid, to Pakistan.

(ग) एवं (घ) भारत सरकार ने पाकिस्तान को अमरीकी सहायता, विशेष रूप से सैन्य सहायता के पड़ने वाले प्रतिकूल प्रभाव के बारे में अमरीका को अपनी चिंताओं से निरंतर अवगत कराया है।

2. Official Spokesperson: Our position on this has been made clear on a number of occasions that we believe that all such military aid, actually goes directly into activities directed at India and it should not be given.
