1. The Maternity Benefits Amendment Act, 2017 provides extended maternity leave, crèche facilities, and flexible working hours to facilitate women’s equal access to employment opportunities.

मातृत्व लाभ संशोधन अधिनियम, 2017 रोजगार के अवसरों के लिए महिलाओं की समान पहुंच की सुविधा के लिए विस्तारित मातृत्व अवकाश, शिशु-गृह सुविधाएं, और सुविधाजनक कार्य-समय प्रदान करता है।

2. (c) During their employment with the Mission, in addition to the pay, they are entitled to Cost of Living Allowance when the United Nations Cost of Living Index increases by 5%, Daily Allowance at the rates determined by the Ministry, Bonus provided such payment is necessary according to local laws, annual leave, sick leave, extra-ordinary leave, maternity leave in case of female employees.

(ग) मिशन में अपनी नौकरी के दौरान वेतन के अतिरिक्त जब संयुक्त राष्ट्र जीवन यापन लागत सूचकांक में 5औ की वृद्धि हो तो, जीवन यापन भत्ता, मंत्रालय द्वारा निर्धारित दरों पर दैनिक भत्ता, बोनस, बशर्तें स्थानीय कानून के अनुसार ऐसा भुगतान आवश्यक हो, वार्षिक छुट्टी अस्वस्थता अवकाश, असाधारण अवकाश, महिला कर्मियों के मामले में प्रसूति अवकाश के वे हकदार होते हैं ।
