जिम्मेदार राष्ट्रों के तौर पर भारत और रूस का व्यापक विनाश के हथियारों और आतंकवादियों के साथ संभावित संपर्क सहित उनकी डिलीवरी के साधनों का अप्रसार सुनिश्चित करने का साझा उद्देश्य है ।

17. We would cooperate to prevent proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems and to deny access to such weapons by non-state actors, including terrorists.

हम बड़े पैमाने पर विनाश के हथियारों और उनकी वितरण प्रणाली को बढ़ावा देने और आतंकवादियों सहित गैर-राज्य पक्षों द्वारा इस तरह के हथियारों तक पहुंच से इनकार करने के लिए सहयोग करेंगे।

23. India is acutely conscious of this threat. Our resolution at the General Assembly on measures to deny terrorists access to weapons of mass destruction has been adopted by consensus since 2002.

सामूहिक विनाश के हथियारों तक आतंकवादियों की पहुंच को रोकने से संबंधित उपायों पर आम सभा मे हमारे द्वारा प्रस्तुत संकल्प को वर्ष 2002 से ही सर्वसम्मति के आधार पर अंगीकार किया जाता रहा है।

24. And this is the fight against terrorism and organized crime, the elimination of acts of piracy at sea, and the reversal of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and delivery systems.

इन मुद्दों में आतंकवाद और संगठित अपराध का मुकाबला, समुद्री डकैती का उन्मूलन और सामूहिक विनाश के हथियारों तथा इनकी डिलीवरी प्रणालियों के प्रसार पर रोक लगाना।

26. Non-traditional security threats such as terrorism, piracy, illegal drug and arms trafficking, threat of terrorists gaining access to Weapons of Mass Destruction continue to pose serious challenges to peace and security globally.

सुरक्षा से जुड़े गैर परंपरागत खतरे जैसे कि आतंकवाद, जल दस्युता, औषधियों एवं हथियारों का अवैध व्यापार, व्यापक विनाश के हथियारों तक आतंकियों की पहुंच होना आदि वैश्विक स्तर पर शांति एवं सुरक्षा के लिए निरंतर गंभीर चुनौती प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं।

27. * India and Russia, as responsible states, possessing advanced nuclear technologies, share the objective of preventing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery, including preventing their possible acquisition by terrorist groups.

24. उन्नत परमाणु प्रौद्योगिकी से लैस जिम्मेदार देश के रूप में भारत और रूस व्यापक विनाश के हथियारों तथा सुपुर्दगी के उनके साधनों के प्रसार पर रोक लगाने के उद्देश्य से सहमत हैं जिसमें आतंकी गुटों द्वारा उनके संभावित अधिग्रहण पर रोक शामिल है।

28. In addition, fresh and major causes for worry are the changing nature of international security threats, such as terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and the possible link between the two.

इसके अतिरिक्त अंतरराष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा खतरों की बदलती प्रकृति अर्थात आतंकवाद और सामूहिक विनाश के हथियारों का प्रसार तथा दोनों के बीच संभावित सम्पर्क चिन्ता के नए और प्रमुख कारण हैं।
