इसके अतिरिक्त शांति और सुरक्षा के अनुरक्षण में अफ्रीकी क्षमताओं का विकास करने हेतु सतत समर्थन प्रदान किए जाने के अनुरूप भारत सोमालिया के अफ्रीकी संघ मिशन हेतु 2 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर का अंशदान करेगा।

79. The project will also expand maintenance facilities, provide additional stabling lines, and complete the conversion from 1500V DC to 25KV AC traction of the remaining sections of Central Railway in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

इस परियोजना से रखरखाव-संबंधी सुविधाओं का विस्तार होगा, अतिरिक्त स्टेबलिंग लाइनें सुलभ होंगी तथा मुंबई महानगरीय क्षेत्र में मध्य रेल के शेष भागों में संपूर्ण ट्रैक को 1500 वोल्ट डीसी से 25 केवी एसी ट्रैक्शन में बदल दिया जाएगा।

80. The Indian Missions receive complaints from Indian workers against their sponsors regarding non-payment/less payment of salaries, non-issuance/renewal of residence permits, refusal to grant exit/re-entry permits for visit to India, refusal to allow the worker on final exit visa etc.

भारतीय मिशनों को भारतीय कामगारों से उनके प्रायोजकों के विरुद्ध वेतन का भुगतान नहीं करने/कम वेतन देने, आवासीय परमिट जारी नहीं करने/उसका नवीनीकरण न करने, निकासी अनुमति देने के लिए मना करने/भारत यात्रा के लिए पुनः प्रवेश परमिट न देने, अंतिम निकासी वीज़ा आदि के लिए कामगारों को अनुमति देने से मना करना आदि के बारे में शिकायतें प्राप्त होती हैं।
