1. In that statement to the first human pair, God made known his purpose to them.

जब परमेश्वर ने उस जोड़े से यह बात कही तब उसने उनके लिए अपना मकसद भी ज़ाहिर किया।

2. Consequently, God carried out the sentence that he had made known to them in advance.

नतीजा, परमेश्वर ने उन्हें वह सज़ा दी, जिसके बारे में उसने उन्हें पहले ही खबरदार किया था।

The apostle Paul drew attention to the value of this provision, saying: “Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let your petitions be made known to God; and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.”

प्रेषित पौलुस ने इसकी अहमियत बताते हुए कहा, “किसी भी बात को लेकर चिंता मत करो, मगर हर बात में प्रार्थना और मिन्नतों और धन्यवाद के साथ अपनी बिनतियाँ परमेश्वर को बताते रहो। और परमेश्वर की वह शांति जो हमारी समझने की शक्ति से कहीं ऊपर है, मसीह यीशु के ज़रिए तुम्हारे दिल के साथ-साथ तुम्हारे दिमाग की सोचने-समझने की ताकत की हिफाज़त करेगी।”
