(d) & (e) The Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries) is the nodal agency for payment of compensation to the fishermen lodged in Pakistani jails and the scheme – " Soft Loan Package for Replacement of Fishing vessels held in captivity in Pakistan” which is being implemented by Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA).

(घ) एवं (ड.) कृषि मंत्रालय (पशुपालन, दुग्ध उत्पादन एवं मत्स्य पालन विभाग) पाकिस्तानी जेलों में नामजद मछुआरों को मुआवजा के भुगतान तथा "पाकिस्तान में पकड़े गए मछली पकड़ने वाले जहाजों की रिप्लेसमेंट हेतु साफ्ट लोन पैकेज" नामक स्कीम, जिसे मैरीन प्रोडक्ट्स एक्सपोर्ट डेवलपमेंट अथार्टी (एमपीईडीए) द्वारा कार्यान्वित किया जा रहा है, के लिए नोडल एजेंसी है।
