प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने एडमिरैलिटी (क्षेत्राधिकार एवं समुद्रतटीय दावों के निपटान) विधेयक 2016 के अधिनियमन और पांच पुराने एडमिरैलिटी कानूनों को निरस्त करने के लिए जहाजरानी मंत्रालय के प्रस्ताव को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है।

69. The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today gave its ex-post facto approval for completion of the Afghan Parliament Building in Kabul by 31st December, 2015 at a revised project cost of Rs.969 crore.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में आज हुई मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में काबुल में अफगानी संसद भवन के निर्माण को पूरा करने के लिए 31 दिसबंर, 2015 से 969 करोड़ रुपये की संशोधित परियोजना लागत को पूर्व कार्योत्तर अनुमोदन दे दिया गया।

70. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the proposal for an MoU between India and the the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) and with Electoral Tribunal of Panama (ETP) on cooperation in the field of electoral management and administration.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में आज भारत और इलेक्शन कमीशन ऑफ नामीबिया (ईसीएन) तथा इलेक्शन ट्राईब्यूनल ऑफ पनामा (ईटीपी) के बीच चुनाव प्रबंधन और प्रशासन के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के संबंध में समझौता ज्ञापन के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी गई।

71. From time to time thereafter, Government has been issuing notifications with the approval of the Cabinet, amending/keeping in abeyance the operation of the 2002 Order, whenever there is any abnormal price rise in any of the specified food commodities, for certain period.

उसके बाद निर्दिष्ट खाद्य वस्तुओं में असामान्य मूल्य वृद्धि होने पर सरकार समय-समय पर मंत्रिमंडल की मंजूरी के साथ अधिसूचना जारी कर एक निश्चित अवधि के लिए 2002 के आदेश में संशोधन/संचालन पर रोक लगाती रही है।

72. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has approved Amendment to (i) The Housing and Telephone Facilities (Members of Parliament) Rules, 1956 (ii) The Members of Parliament (Constituency Allowance) Rules, 1986, (iii) The Members of Parliament (Office Expense Allowance) Rules, 1988.

73. The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given the approval for the signing of Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) in respect of tax matters between India and the Revenue administrations of BRICS countries namely, Brazil, Russian Federation, China and South Africa

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने भारत और ब्रिक्स देशों- ब्राजील, रूसी गणराज्य, चीन और दक्षिण अफ्रीका- के राजस्व विभागों के साथ कर मामलों से संबंधित सहयोग ज्ञापन (एमओसी) पर हस्ताक्षर के लिए मंजूरी दी है।

74. The Land Boundary Agreement ratification which actually will take place through a Constitutional amendment at home in India has been cleared by the Cabinet and we will bring it before Parliament during this coming session, the Budget Session that begins in a few days’ time.

भूमि सीमा करार संशोधन जो वास्तव में भारत में संविधान में संशोधन के माध्यम से घटित होगा। हमारे मंत्रिमंडल द्वारा इसे मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी गई है तथा हम इस आगामी सत्र, बजट सत्र के दौरान इसे संसद के समक्ष लाएंगे, जो कुछ ही दिनों में शुरू होने वाला है।

75. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given its approval for transfer of all land assets owned by Hindustan Vegetable Oils Corporation Ltd (HVOC) to Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) or its authorized agency for appropriate utilization/ disposal.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने हिन्दुस्तान वेजीटेबल आयल्स कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (एचवीओसी) के स्वामित्व वाली समस्त भूमि परिसंपत्तियों को समुचित उपयोग/निपटान के लिए आवास एवं शहरी विकास मंत्रालय अथवा इसकी अधिकृत एजेंसी को हस्तांतरण करने के लिए अपनी मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है।

76. Silk and several Cabinet members of the RMI. Both sides reviewed bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further advance ties in a host of areas such as blue economy, adaptation-mitigation practices for climate change, disaster preparedness, health, education, renewable energy among others.

77. The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the proposal for leasing out 1.61 acres of land bearing khasara No.91/15 located at Alipur Delhi, owned by Delhi Milk Scheme to Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC) for setting up of KisanMandi.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने अलीपुर, दिल्ली में स्थित दिल्ली दुग्ध योजना के स्वामित्व वाले 1.61 एकड़ भूखंड, खसरा नम्बर-91/15 को किसान मंडी स्थापित करने के लिए छोटे किसान कृषि व्यावसाय समिति (एसएफएसी) को पट्टे पर देने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी।

78. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has approved the proposal of the Election Commission of India to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of electoral management and administration with the Election Management Bodies of other countries/International Agencies.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने भारत के निर्वाचन आयोग को निर्वाचन प्रबन्धन और प्रशासन के लिए अन्य देशों/अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय एजेंसियों के निर्वाचन प्रबन्धन निकायों/अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय एजेंसियों के साथ सहमति ज्ञापन (एमओयू) को मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है।

79. The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given its approval for closure of India Development Foundation of Overseas Indians (IDF-OI) to enhance synergies in channelizing Diaspora’s contributions to Government of India’s flagship programmes such as National Mission for clean Ganga and Swachh Bharat Mission.

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने विदेशों में रहने वाले भारतीयों के भारत-विकास फाउंडेशन (आईडीएफ-ओआई) को बंद करने की मंजूरी दे दी है, ताकि राष्ट्रीय स्वच्छ गंगा मिशन और स्वच्छ भारत मिशन जैसे सरकार के प्रमुख कार्यक्रमों, के लिए प्रवासी भारतीयों के योगदान को दिशा देने के लिए तालमेल बढ़ाया जा सके।

80. The building has a total floor area of approximately 6100 square metres, and consists of single, twin-bedded, four-bedded and ten-bedded rooms, a dining hall, kitchen, library, multi-purpose hall, water treatment plant, solar heater, and generator house.
