1. Under the Juvenile Protection Act of Korea, the provider of any app or content that MOGEF designates as 'harmful to juveniles' needs to verify the age and real name of users before providing access to mature content.

'जुवेनाइल प्रोटेक्शन ऐक्ट ऑफ़ कोरिया' के मुताबिक, अगर एमओजीईएफ़ ने “किशोरों के लिए हानिकारक” के तौर पर किसी भी ऐप्लिकेशन या सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने वालों की पहचान की है, तो उपयोगकर्ताओं को वयस्कों के लिए बनी सामग्री का एक्सेस देने से पहले उनकी उम्र और असली नाम की पुष्टि करनी होगी.
