ऑटोमेशन (स्वचालित मशीनीकरण) आजकल चिंता का विषय बन गया है, एक डर फैला हुआ है कि, भविष्य में, कई कार्य मशीनों द्वारा होंगे, न कि मनुष्यों द्वारा, क्यूँकि AI (कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता) और रोबोट विज्ञान में अभूतपूर्व प्रगति हो रही है.

77. (a) whether Government is aware that various agencies mostly fake in the name of facilitating study or seeking jobs abroad are mushrooming without any checks and balances, charging exorbitantly high fees from students/job applicants;

(क) क्या सरकार को जानकारी है कि विभिन्न एजेंसियों, जो विदेश में पढ़ने या नौकरियां दिलाने को सुकर बनाने के नाम पर बिना किसी नियंत्रण और रोक-टोक के फल-फूल रही हैं, विद्यार्थियों/ नौकरी ढूंढने वाले आवेदकों से अत्यधिक उच्च शुल्क प्रभारित कर रही हैं, ज्यादातर फर्जी हैं;

78. The unique role of infrastructure in helping to provide basic services for poor people, creating jobs and opportunity, facilitating access to markets, and ensuring sustainable growth in our ever-growing cities requires policymakers to act quickly and decisively.

गरीब लोगों के लिए मूलभूत सेवाएँ उपलब्ध करने, नौकरियों और अवसरों का सृजन करने, बाज़ारों तक पहुँच को सक्षम करने और हमारे सतत विकासशील शहरों में धारणीय विकास सुनिश्चित करने में मदद करने में आधारिक संरचना की अनूठी भूमिका के फलस्वरूप नीति निर्माताओं के लिए शीघ्रतापूर्वक और निर्णायक रूप से कार्रवाई करना आवश्यक होता है।

79. We have to address the problems of inter-regional disparity and specifically, urban-rural disparity, revival of the agriculture sector, limited availability of land, and the lack of mobility of those employed in agriculture to productive jobs in industry.

हमें अंतर क्षेत्रीय विषमता और विशेष रूप से शहरी-ग्रामीण विषमता, कृषि क्षेत्र का पुनरुत्थान, भूमि की सीमित उपलब्धता, और कृषि में रोजगार प्राप्त लोगों की उद्योग में उत्पादक कार्यों तक गतिशीलता का अभाव जैसी समस्याओं का समाधान ढूंढ़ना होगा।

80. India has a vested interest that the international financial system should be restructured, it should be well managed because that would mean accelerated growth in our country, that would mean our ability to create jobs for our people will improve.

इस बात में भारत का हित है कि अंतर्राष्ट्रीय वित्तीय प्रणाली का पुनर्गठन किया जाए, इसका सुप्रबंधन हो क्योंकि इसका अर्थ यह होगा कि हमारे देश में त्वरित विकास हो रहा है और हमारे लोगों के लिए नौरकियों का सृजन करने के संबंध में हमारी क्षमता में वृद्धि होगी।
