The Memorandum establishes the Medical Products Regulation Dialogue and Cooperation Framework to facilitate a constructive dialogue in areas pertinent to raw materials for pharmaceutical use, biological products, medical devices, quasi-drugs, cosmetic products, and the relevant administrative and regulatory matters within the jurisdiction of the two Sides.

यह ज्ञापन फार्मास्यूटिकल प्रयोग के लिए कच्ची सामग्रियों से संगत क्षेत्रों, जैविक उत्पादों, चिकित्सा डिवाइसों, क्वासी ड्रग्स, कास्मेटिक उत्पादों तथा दोनों पक्षों के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंदर संगत प्रशासनिक एवं विनियामक मामलों में रचनात्मक वार्ता को सुगम बनाने के लिए चिकित्सा उत्पाद विनियमन वार्ता एवं सहयोग रूपरेखा स्थापित करता है।

61. Offences under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act , the Income - Tax Act , the Customs Act , the Central Excise & Salt Act , the Food Adulteration Act , the Police Act , the Companies Act , etc . , are also tried by Criminal Courts under the procedure provided by the Criminal Procedure Code .

विदेशी मुद्रा विनियमन अधिनियम , आयकर अधिनियम , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , केंद्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क तथा नमक अधिनियम , खाद्य अपमिश्रण अधिनियम , पुलिस अधिनियम , कंपनी अधिनियम आदि के अधीन किए गए अपराधों का विचारण भी दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता में दी गई प्रक्रिया के अनुसार दांडिक न्यायालयों द्वारा किया जाता है .

62. (b) & (c) The Government has accepted the recommendation of the Expert Committee set up under the chairmanship of Justice Arvind Kumar Goel, ex-Chairperson, NRI Commission Punjab, to look into the issues and difficulties faced by Indian nationals married to overseas nationals of Indian origin, and suggested amendments in existing laws/policies/regulation.

(ख) और (ग) सरकार ने भारतीय मूल के प्रवासी नागरिकों से विवाहित भारतीय महिलाओं द्वारा झेली जा रही समस्याओं तथा कठिनाइयों का निराकरण करने और मौजूदा कानूनों/नीतियों/विनियमों में संशोधन करने का सुझाव देने के लिए न्यायाधीश अरविन्द कुमार गोयल, पूर्व अध्यक्ष, एनआरआई आयोग, पंजाब की अध्यक्षता में गठित विशेषज्ञ समिति की सिफारिशों को स्वीकार कर लिया है।

63. (ख) से (ङ) सरकार ने भारतीय मूल के विदेशी नागरिकों से विवाहिता भारतीय महिलाओं के समक्ष आ रही समस्याओं तथा कठिनाइयों पर विचार करने और मौजूदा कानूनों/नीतियों/विनियमों में संशोधन का सुझाव देने के लिए न्यायमूर्ति अरविन्द कुमार गोयल, पूर्व अध्यक्ष, एनआरआई आयोग, पंजाब की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेषज्ञ समिति गठित की थी।
