1. To maintain interoperability, the principal name spaces of the Internet are administered by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

We are committed to working by, with, and through allies and partners to address common challenges, to enhance shared capabilities, to increase defense investment where appropriate, to improve interoperability, to streamline information sharing, and to build networks of capable and like-minded partners.

3. 13. Support efforts to strengthen cooperation and enhance capacity of EAS participating countries, reflecting the principles outlined above, through relevant policies, plans, procedures and systems, training of people and interoperability of mechanisms in disaster preparedness, response and planning, management, reconstruction and recovery building, where possible, based on regional and international best practice and lessons learned
