13 कभी-कभार, मंडली के वफादार भाई-बहनों को पैसों की मदद की ज़रूरत पड़ सकती है। हो सकता है कि उनकी उम्र ढल चुकी हो, वे चल-फिर न पाते हों या फिर उन पर कोई ऐसी मुसीबत आ पड़ी हो जिस पर उनका कोई बस नहीं।

2. , consulted or not , he should inform the convening authority and the court of any infirmity or defect in the charge or in the constitution of the court and give his advice on any matter before the court .

यदि आरोप अथवा न्यायालय के गठन में कोई त्रुटि या दोष हो तो उसे संयोजक अधिकारी और न्यायालय को इसकी जानकारी देनी चाहिए , चाहे उससे यह पूछा गया हो या नहीं .
