1. Government is concerned that 372 fishermen and an estimated 199 prisoners are in jails in Pakistan, many of whom have not been granted consular access despite prolonged periods in custody.

सरकार इस बात से चिन्तित है कि 372 मछुआरे और अनुमानित 199 बंदी पाकिस्तान की जेलों में हैं। इनमें से अधिकतर को लंबी अवधि तक हिरासत में रहने के बावजूद कोंसुली सुविधा प्रदान नहीं की गयी है।
