1. Arrears on account of revised salaries, gratuity, pension and family pension w.e.f 01.01.2016 will be paid as one time lump sum payment.

संशोधित वेतन, गेच्यूटी, पेंशन और परिवार पेंशन में संशोधन 01.01.2016 से लागू होगा और बकाया राशि एकमुश्त भुगतान के रूप में प्रदान की जाएगी।

2. The payment of gratuity is not admissible in cases where Mission/Post is contributing towards a mandatory social security scheme unless specifically sanctioned by the Ministry.

उन मामलों पर उपदान का भुगतान स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा जिनमें मिशन/केद्र अनिवार्य सामाजिक सुरक्षा स्कीम के लिए योगदान कर रहा हो जब तक कि मंत्रालय द्वारा उसे विशिष्ट तौर पर स्वीकृत नहीं किया गया हो ।

3. Locally recruited employees are also entitled to terminal gratuity at the prescribed rates on retirement, on superannuation/termination (except on disciplinary grounds) and on resignation on valid grounds, accepted by the Head of Mission/Post.

स्थानीय रूप से भर्ती कर्मचारी सेवानिवृत्ति, अधिवर्षिता/सेवा समाप्ति (अनुशासनात्मक आधारों को छोड़कर) और मिशन/केंद्र प्रमुख द्वारा स्वीकार कर लेने पर उचित आधारों पर त्यागपत्र देने पर निधारित दरों पर सेवान्त उपदान का पात्र भी होगा ।

4. The statutory dues (Terminal benefits, PF, Gratuity, Leave encashment etc.) are also pending for the employees of other Divisions of HMTL [Corporate Head Office(CHO), Common Service Division(CSD) and Food Processing Machinery unit, Aurangabad (FPA)].

एचएमटी लिमिटेड के दूसरे डिवीजनों (कार्पोरेट हेड ऑफिस (सीएचओ), कॉमन सर्विस डिवीजन (सीएसडी) और फूड प्रोसेसिंग मशीनरी यूनिट (एफपीए) औरंगाबाद में भी कर्मचारियों को सांविधिक भुगतान (सेवांत लाभ, पीएफ, ग्रेच्युटी, छुट्टी नकदीकरण आदि) लंबित है।
