iv. केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने यह भी मंजूरी दी है कि 62 वर्ष की उम्र तक पहुंचने की तिथि तक डॉक्टर प्रशासनिक पदों पर बरकरार रहेंगे और उसके बाद उनकी सेवाओं को गैर-प्रशासनिक पदों के लिए रखा जाएगा।

67. Territorial divisions deal with bilateral political and economic work while functional divisions look after policy planning, multilateral organizations, regional groupings, legal matters, disarmament, protocol, consular, Indian Diaspora, press and publicity, administration and other aspects.

क्षेत्रीय प्रभाग, द्विपक्षीय राजनैतिक और आर्थिक कार्य देखते हैं जबकि क्रियात्मक प्रभाग नीति नियोजना, बहुपक्षीय संगठनों, क्षेत्रीय दलों, विधिक मामलों, निशस्त्रीकरण, नयाचार, कौंसली, भारतीय डायसपोरा, प्रेस और प्रचार, प्रशासन और अन्य कार्यों को देखते हैं ।

68. They agreed that the restoration of democracy in Nepal provided a historic opportunity for a qualitative enhancement of bilateral relations between the two countries, which rest on age-old social, economic and cultural ties; shared faith in democracy, freedom and the rule of law; and pursuit of peace, stability and prosperity.

दोनों ने इस बात पर सहमति व्यक्त की कि नेपाल में लोकतंत्र के बहाल होने से दोनों देशों के बीच द्विपक्षीय संबंधों में गुणवत्ता के संवर्धन का ऐतिहासिक अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है जो चिरकालीन सामाजिक, आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक संबंध, लोकतंत्र में साझा विश्वास, स्वतंत्रता एवं विधिसम्मत शासन, शांति, स्थिरता एवं समृद्धि के लक्ष्य पर आधारित है ।

69. A consortium of Indian consultants (MECON, PDIL, and RITES) will prepare a study report for the proposed enhancement of production of rock phosphate, augmentation of associated infrastructure facilities such as power plant, strengthening and modernizing of rail network, port facilities etc. and setting up of Phosphatic fertilizer complex in Syria for producing Di Ammonium Phosphate, Triple Super Phosphate, Di Calcium Phosphate, Phosphoric Acid and Sulphuric Acid.

भारतीय परामर्शदाता संघ (मेकॉन, पीडीआईएल और राइट्स) डाई अमोनियम फॉस्फेट, ट्रिपल सुपर फॉस्फेट, डाई केल्शियम फॉस्फेट, फास्फोरिक एसिड और सलफ्यूरिक एसिड का उत्पादन करने के लिए, सीरिया में रॉक फॉस्फेट के उत्पादन में प्रस्तावित वृद्धि, विद्युत संयत्र जैसी संबद्ध आधारभूत सुविधाओं के विस्तार, रेल नेटवर्क, पत्तन सुविधाओं आदि के सुदृढ़ीकरण एवं आधुनिकीकरण और फॉस्फेटिक उर्वरक परिसर की स्थापना के लिए अध्ययन रिपोर्ट तैयार करेगा ।

70. The two sides decided to enhance strategic communication, advance functional cooperation, /broaden cultural exchanges, and deepen and enrich the India-China Strategic and Cooperative Partnership for Peace and Prosperity on the basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Co-existence, mutual respect and sensitivity for each other's concerns and aspirations.

दोनों पक्षों ने शांतिपूर्ण सहअस्तित्व के पांच सिद्धांतों तथा एक दूसरे के हितों और आकांक्षाओं के प्रति पारस्परिक संवेदनशीलता के सिद्धांत पर सामरिक संचार को बढ़ावा देने, कार्यात्मक सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाने, सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान को व्यापक बनाने तथा शांति के लिए भारत-चीन सामरिक तथा सहकारी भागीदारी को गहन और समृद्ध बनाने का निर्णय लिया।

71. The extant three - storeyed brick structure of Sundaravaradaperumal over its stone adhishthana is unique again in having all the three storeys functional with the cellas dedicated to the standing , seated and reclining forms of Vishnu , while the abutting smaller shrines on the three sides of its two lower talas south , west and north , contain the six other principal forms of VishnuSatya , Achyuta , Anirudha , Naranarayana , Narasimha , and Varshathus incorporating the nine forms or navamurtis in accordance with the Vaikhanasa Agama .

सुंदरवरदपेरूमल मंदिर के पाषाण अधिष्ठान पर ईटों से बना वर्तमान त्रितल भवन इस अर्श में विशिष्ट है कि उसके तीनों तल क्रियाशील है जिनमें विष्णु के खडे हुए , बैठे हुए और लेटे हुए तीनों रूप गर्भगृहों में स्थापित हैं . इसके दो निचले तलों की तीन - दक्षिण , पश्चिम और उत्तर दिशाओं में इससे सटे हुए छोटे मंदिरों में विष्णु के छह अन्य प्रमुख रूप - सत्य , अच्युत , अनिरूद्ध , नरनारायण , नृसिंह और वराह स्थापित हैं . इस तरह इसमें वैखानस आगम के अनुरूप नौ रूप या नवमूर्ति सम्मिलित हैं .

72. India's engagement in the economic sphere has increased substantially in the aftermath of President Assad's visit: An IT Center is coming up with Indian assistance and would be functional soon; MECON is giving final shape to its feasibility study on utilization of phosphatic resources of Syria; the power project awarded to BHEL is partially funded by us through a US$240 million Line of Credit; and Apollo International of India is up-grading a steel plant in Hama, for which we have extended a Line of Credit of US$25 million

राष्ट्रपति असद की यात्रा के बाद से आर्थिक क्षेत्र में भारत के कार्यकलापों में वृद्धि हुई है। भारत की सहायता से एक आईटी केंद्र का निर्माण किया जा रहा है, जो शीघ्र प्रचालित हो जाएगा; मेकोन सीरिया के फास्फेटिक संसाधनों का उपयोग किए जाने के संबंध में व्यवहार्यता अध्ययन को अंतिम रूप दे रहा है; भेल को सौंपी गई विद्युत परियोजना का आंशिक वित्तपोषण हमारे द्वारा दी गई 240 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर की ऋण श्रृंखलाओं से किया जा रहा है तथा अपोलो इंटरनेशनल आफ इंडिया हामा में एक इस्पात संयंत्र का उन्नयन कर रहा है जिसके लिए हमने 25 मिलियन अमरीकी डालर की ऋण श्रृंखलाएं मुहैया कराई हैं।
