71. The Group will act as an apex forum at the Government of India level to monitor the early release of Indian ships or cargo or crew.

यह समूह भारतीय पोतों अथवा कार्गो अथवा चालक दल की शीघ्रातिशीघ्र रिहाई पर नजर रखने के लिए भारत सरकार के स्तर पर सर्वोच्च मंच के रूप में कार्य करेगा।

72. India has, over the years, made considerable technological advances in the field of IT, health, solar energy, disaster mitigation and management, agriculture particularly coconut and coir, oil and natural gas exploration etc.

पिछले वर्षों में भारत ने सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, स्वास्थ्य, सौर ऊर्जा, आपदा उपशमन एवं प्रबंधन, कृषि विशेष रूप से नारियल एवं क्वायर, तेल एवं प्राकृतिक गैस अन्वेषण आदि जैसे क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय प्रौद्योगिकीय उन्नति की है।

73. It will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth; satellite communication; satellite navigation; space science and exploration of outer space.

यह पृथ्वी की रिमोट सेंसिंग, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह नेविगेशन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और बाह्य अंतरिक्ष के अन्वेषण के क्षेत्र में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियां और ऐप्लिकेशन की संभावनाएं तलाशने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

इस समझौता ज्ञापन से पृथ्वी के दूरसंवेदी, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह नौवहन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और बाहरी अंतरिक्ष की खोज जैसे क्षेत्रों में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियों को अनुप्रयोगों को बढ़ावा देने को विशेष प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।

77. They welcomed the agreement between Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) to pursue cooperation in the areas of lunar exploration, satellite navigation and space science and application as below:

उन्होंने चांद अन्वेषण, उपग्रह नेविगेशन तथा अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान एवं अनुप्रयोग के क्षेत्रों में निम्नानुसार सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए भारतीय अंतरिक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन (इसरो) तथा कोरिया एयरोस्पेस अनुसंधान संस्थान (के ए आर आई) के बीच करार का स्वागत किया : (क) भारत और कोरिया के गहन अंतरिक्ष मिशनों के लिए गहन अंतरिक्ष पारगमन ट्रैकिंग एवं संचार सहायता; (ख) चंद्रमा की सतह के डाटा तथा विकिरण डाटा की साझेदारी जिसे चंद्रयान-1 द्वारा एकत्र किया गया है; (ग) गगन - कास इंटरऑपरेबिलिटी में सहयोग तथा गगन (जी पी एस की मदद से भू संवर्धित नेविगेशन प्रणाली) और कास (कोरिया संवर्धन उपग्रह प्रणाली) के अनुभवों की हिस्सेदारी; (घ) अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान एवं इसके अनुप्रयोग, उपग्रह प्रक्षेपण तथा ऐसे अन्य क्षेत्रों में प्रौद्योगिकी सहयोग जिन पर उनके बीच सहमति हो सकती है; और (ङ) ऊपर उल्लिखित क्षेत्रों में सारवान ढंग से सहयोग को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए इसरो और के ए आर आई के बीच नियमित रूप से कार्यकारी स्तर पर वार्ता का आयोजन।

यह फ्रेमवर्क समझौता पृथ्वी के सुदूर संवेदन, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह नेविगेशन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान एवं वाह्य अंतरिक्ष के अन्वेषण के क्षेत्र में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियों और अनुप्रयोग की संभावनाओं का पता लगाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

79. The signed MoU will provide impetus to explore newer research activities and application possibilities in the field of remote sensing of the earth; satellite communication; satellite navigation; space science and exploration of outer space.

हस्ताक्षरित एमओयू के तहत पृथ्वी के सुदूर संवेदन, उपग्रह संचार, उपग्रह आधारित नौवहन, अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान और बाह्य अंतरिक्ष के अन्वेषण के क्षेत्र में नई अनुसंधान गतिविधियों और अनुप्रयोग (एप्लीकेशन) से जुड़ी संभावनाओं की तलाश को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा।

80. We are moving towards this through intensification of indigenous exploration, bringing in more ‘equity oil’ from overseas, improving the recovery by leveraging advances in technologies and professional management, and tapping emerging areas like coal gasification.

स्वदेशी खोज को मजबूत बनाकर, विदेशों से और साम्या ‘साम्या तेल' प्राप्त करके, प्रौद्योगिकी और पेशेवर प्रबंधन में उन्नति करके रिकवरी में सुधार तथा कोयला गैसीकरण जैसे उभरते क्षेत्रों का दोहन करके हम इस दिशा में आगे बढ़ रहे हैं ।
