इस सामरिक भागीदारी में राजनैतिक, आर्थिक आतंकवाद का मुकाबला शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, मानव संसाधन विकास, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी, पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति सहित अन्य क्षेत्र शामिल होंगे।
