1. The status of 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh and 51 Bangladesh enclaves in India has been addressed.

बंगलादेश के 111 भारतीय इनक्लेवों और भारत के 51 बंगलादेशी इन्क्लेवों का समाधान हो गया है।

2. India has no administrative control or access to its enclaves in Bangladesh.

भारत के पास बंगलादेश स्थित अपने एनक्लेवों पर कोई नियंत्रण अथवा पहुँच नहीं है ।

3. 2. Rehabilitation Package and up-gradation of infrastructure of the Bangladeshi Enclaves and Cooch Behar District after transfer of enclaves between India and Bangladesh under Land Boundary Agreement.

इस करार के कार्यन्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप बांग्लादेश में 111 भारतीय इन्क्लेवों और भारत में 51 बांग्लादेशी इन्कलेवों का आदान-प्रदान किया जाएगा और एक दूसरे के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाले भूभागों पर यथास्थिति बरकरार रहेगी।

5. The implementation of the Protocol will result in the exchange of 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh with 51 Bangladesh enclaves in India and preserve status quo on territories in adverse possession.

इस प्रोतोकॉल के कार्यान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप बांग्लादेश के कब्जे में 111 भारतीय एन्क्लेवों तथा भारत के कब्जे में 51 बांग्लादेशी एन्क्लेवों का आदान-प्रदान किया जाएगा तथा एक-दूसरे के कब्जे वाले भू-भागों पर यथास्थिति रखी जाएगी।

6. Differences over the transfer of enclaves and adverse possessions have also been amicably resolved.

इन्क्लेवों के हस्तानांतरण और विपरीत कब्जे आदि के मतभेद भी मित्रवत भाव से सुलझा लिए गए हैं।

7. Bangladesh ' s 50 such enclaves are spread over 10,000 acres in Indian territory .

इसी तरह बांग्लदेश के 10,000 एकडे क्षेत्रफल वाले 50 परिक्षेत्र भारत में हैं .

8. The implementation of the Protocol will result in the exchange of 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh with 51 Bangladesh enclaves in India and will preserve the status quo on territories in adverse possession.

इस प्रोतोकोल को लागू किये जाने से बांग्लादेश स्थित 111 भारतीय एन्क्लेवों और भारत स्थित 51 बांग्लादेशी एन्क्लेवों का आदान-प्रदान किया जाएगा और प्रतिकूल कब्जे वाले क्षेत्रों में यथास्थिति बनाई रखी जाएगी।

9. (c)whether the joint survey of these enclaves had been agreed by both India and Bangladesh;

(ग) क्या भारत और बंगलादेश दोनों द्वारा इन क्षेत्रों का संयुक्त सर्वेक्षण करने पर सहमति हुई है;

10. The undemarcated boundary in all three segments has now been demarcated.The status of 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh with a population of 37,334 and 51 Bangladesh enclaves in India with a population of 14,215 has been addressed.

अब इन तीनों खण्डों में असीमांकित सीमा का सीमांकन कर दिया गया है। 37334 लोगों की जनसंख्या के साथ बंगलादेश में 111 भारतीय एंक्लेवों और 14215 लोगों की जनसंख्या के साथ भारत में बंगलादेश के 51 एंक्लेवों की समस्या का समाधान कर लिया गया है।

11. The implementation of the Protocol will result in the exchange of 111 Indian enclaves in Bangladesh with 51 Bangladesh enclaves in India and demarcation of boundary in the three pending segments and preserve status quo on territories in adverse possession.

इन वार्ताओं के दौरान हुई सहमति के कार्यवृत्त से एमएफएन के अनुपालन के लिए पाकिस्तान की स्थिति निम्नानुसार परिलक्षित होती हैः

12. So, we are also doing a joint headcount on the people living in these enclaves so that we know exactly how many people are involved and then some decision will have to be taken on what to do with these enclaves also.

हम इन एंक्लेवों में रहने वाले लोगों की संयुक्त जनगणना का कार्य कर रहे हैं जिससे कि हमें इस बात का पता चल सके कि इन एंक्लेवों में कितने लोग रहते हैं और तदुपरांत इनके संबंध में निर्णय लिए जा सकेंगे।

13. Daikhata-56 (West Bengal), Muhuri River-Belonia (Tripura) and Dumabari (Assam); (ii) enclaves; and (iii) adverse possessions.

दइखाता-56 (पश्चिम बंगाल), मुहरी नदी बेलोनिया (त्रिपुरा) और डुमाबरी (असम) जैसे तीन क्षेत्रों में असीमांकित भूमि सीमा; 2. एंक्लेव; और 3. प्रतिकूल कब्जों वाले क्षेत्र।

14. This includes the demarcation of remaining un-demarcated areas, territories under adverse possession and exchange of enclaves.

इसमें शेष क्षेत्रों का सीमांकन, प्रतिकूल कब्जा वाला भूक्षेत्र तथा इंक्लेवों का आदान-प्रदान शामिल है।

15. It will also result in the exchange of 111 Indian enclaves (with a total area of 17,160.63 acres) in Bangladesh with 51 Bangladesh enclaves (with an area of 7,110.02 acres) in India and preservation of the status quo on territories in adverse possession.

इसके परिणामस्वरूप बांग्लादेश में 111 भारतीय कॉलोनियों (17,160.63 एकड़ कुल क्षेत्रफल के) साथ में भारत में 51 बांग्लादेशी कॉलोनियों (7,110.02 एकड़ कुल क्षेत्रफल के) तथा प्रतिकूल आधिपत्य वाले अधिकार क्षेत्रों के यथा-स्थिति का संरक्षण भी होगा।

16. A Protocol was signed yesterday to finalise the unresolved issues of the enclaves, areas under adverse possession and undemarcated areas.

एंक्लेवों, प्रतिकूल कब्जे वाले क्षेत्रों और असीमांकित क्षेत्रों से संबद्ध अनसुलझे मुद्दों को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए कल एक प्रोतोकोल पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।

17. It settled the long outstanding land boundary issues related to undemarcated segment of 6.1 Kms; territories in adverse possession; and exchange of enclaves.

इससे, 6.1 किमी का असीमांकित भाग, अनधिकृत कब्जे वाले क्षेत्रों और इन्क्लेवों के आदान-प्रदान से अनधिकृत/अवैध संबंधित मुद्दों का निपटान हुआ है जो काफी समय से लंबित है।

18. The Protocol addresses the outstanding land boundary issues pertaining to the un-demarcated land boundary, exchange of enclaves and territories in adverse possession.

इस प्रोटोकॉल में असीमांकित भू-सीमा, एक दूसरे के अधिकार क्षेत्रों में आने वाले इन्क्लेवों और भूभागों के आदान- प्रदान से संबंधित बकाया भूसीमा मुद्दों का समाधान निहित है ।

19. As the Prime Minister has just announced, we have worked out 24-hour access to the enclaves of Dahagram-Angarpota through the Tin Bigha Corridor.

जैसा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने अभी-अभी घोषणा की, हमने तीन बीघा गलियारे के जरिए दहाग्राम-अंगारपोटा में स्थित एन्लेभी वों तक चौबीसों घंटे पहुंच मुहैया कराने की समस्याय का भी हल निकाला है।

20. With this, both our countries have now demarcated the entire land boundary as well as resolved the status of enclaves and adversely possessed areas.

इसके साथ ही हमारे दोनों देशों ने अब संपूर्ण भूमि सीमा का सीमांकन कर दिया है और एन्लेी ह वों की स्थिति तथा प्रतिकूल कब्जान वाले क्षेत्रों की समस्याक का समाधान कर लिया है।

21. Singh will announce a 24-hour access to inhabitants of Bangladesh's Dahagram and Angorpota enclaves, fulfilling the Indira-Mujib land boundary agreement of 1974.

सिंह 1974 के इन्दिरा-मुज़ीब भूमि सीमा समझौते को पूरा करते हुए बंगलादेश के दाहाग्राम और अंगोरपोथा इन्क्लेवों के वासिंदों के लिए 24-घण्टे आवागमन के पहुँच की घोषणा करेंगे।

22. They welcomed the recent visit of the members of the Joint Boundary Working Groups to select enclaves and adverse possessions in Bangladesh and India.

उन्होंने बंगलादेश और भारत में विदेशी अंत: क्षेत्र और प्रतिकूल कब्जे के चयन के लिए संयुक्त सीमा कार्यदल के सदस्यों की हाल की यात्रा का स्वागत किया ।

23. (b) The Protocol addresses the outstanding land boundary issues pertaining to the un-demarcated land boundary, exchange of enclaves and territories in adverse possession.

(ग) एवं (घ) इस मामले पर नई दिल्ली में 14-16 नवंबर, 2011 को आयोजित भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच वाणिज्य सचिव स्तर की वार्ता के दौरान चर्चा की गई थी।

24. The Protocol seeks to address the outstanding land boundary issues pertaining to the un-demarcated land boundary, exchange of enclaves and territories in adverse possession.

प्रोतोकाल में असीमांकित भूमि सीमा से संबंधित लंबित भूमि सीमा संबंधी मुद्दों को हल करने, प्रतिकूल कब्जे वाले एन्क्लेवों और भूक्षेत्रों का आदान-प्रदान करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की गयी है।

25. Both sides expressed their commitment to facilitate the early resolution relating to completion of demarcation of land boundary between the two countries, exchange of enclaves and adverse possessions.

दोनों पक्षों ने दोनों देशों के बीच भूमि सीमा का निर्धारण पूरा करने से संबंधित मसलों का शीघ्र समाधान करने और विदेशी अंत: क्षेत्र और प्रतिकूल कब्जे के आदान-प्रदान की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई ।

26. The Agreement and the Protocol provides for exchange of enclaves, demarcation of undemarcated areas on the international boundary and regularization of the status quo on adversely held territories by both sides.

इस करार तथा प्रोतोकॉल में ऐन्कलेव के आदान-प्रदान, अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा पर गैर-सीमांकित क्षेत्रों के सीमांकन तथा दोनों पक्षों द्वारा प्रतिकूल रूप से रखे गए प्रदेशों पर यथा-स्थिति के नियमितीकरण के बारे में व्यवस्था की गई।

27. e & f) Government of India is keen on an early settlement of all boundary related issues including exchange of enclaves and adverse possessions with Bangladesh in accordance with the LBA 1974.

(ङ) और (च) भारत सरकार, 1974 के भू-सीमा करार के अनुरूप एन्क्लेवों और प्रतिकूल कब्जों के आदान-प्रदान सहित सीमा से जुड़े सभी मुद्दों का शीघ्र समाधान करने की इच्छुक है ।

28. They agreed on the need for ratification of the Land Boundary Agreement (LBA) 1974 and its Protocol at the earliest to resolve all pending boundary related issues including exchange of enclaves and areas in adverse possession.

वे प्रतिकूल कब्जे में एन्क्लेव एवं क्षेत्रों का आदान - प्रदान समेत सीमा से जुड़े सभी बकाया मुद्दों के यथाशीघ्र समाधान के लिए भूमि सीमा करार (एल बी ए) 1974 एवं इसके प्रोटाकॉल की यथाशीघ्र पुष्टि की आवश्यकता पर सहमत हुए।

29. * The Prime Ministers expressed deep satisfaction at the conclusion of the Protocol to the 1974 Land Boundary Agreement which paves the way for settlement of the long pending land boundary issues including the undemarcated areas, territories under adverse possession and exchange of enclaves.

* दोनों प्रधानमंत्रियों ने 1974 में संपन्नक भूमि सीमा करार के प्रोतोकॉल पर हस्ताैक्षर किए जाने पर गंभीर संतोष व्य7क्तम किया जिससे असीमांकित क्षेत्रों, प्रतिकूल कब्जेक वाले क्षेत्रों एवं एन्वों के आदान-प्रदान सहित भू-सीमा से जुड़े अन्यस लंबित मुद्दों के समाधान का मार्ग प्रशस्तं होगा।

30. Progress has been made on issues relating to river waters sharing, land boundary, provision of 250 MW of power from India to Bangladesh, facilitation of 24-hour access to Bangladesh nationals through the Tin Bigha Corridor, electrification of Dahagram and Angorpota enclaves, among others.

नदी जल के बंटवारे, भूमि सीमा, भारत से बंग्लादेश के लिए 250 मेगावाट विद्युत की आपूर्ति, तीन बीघा गलियारे के जरिए बंग्लादेशी राष्ट्रिकों के लिए चौबीसों घंटे प्रवेश को सुविधाजनक बनाने, दहाग्राम तथा अंगोरपोटा एन्क्लेवों के विद्युतीकरण इत्यादि कार्यों में भी खासी प्रगति हुई है।
