एचएमटी लिमिटेड के दूसरे डिवीजनों (कार्पोरेट हेड ऑफिस (सीएचओ), कॉमन सर्विस डिवीजन (सीएसडी) और फूड प्रोसेसिंग मशीनरी यूनिट (एफपीए) औरंगाबाद में भी कर्मचारियों को सांविधिक भुगतान (सेवांत लाभ, पीएफ, ग्रेच्युटी, छुट्टी नकदीकरण आदि) लंबित है।

9. In this context, the Nepalese side requested the Prime Minister of India for waiver of the dues outstanding as on date owned by the Government of Nepal to the Government of India on account of defense purchases.

इस संदर्भ में नेपाली पक्ष ने भारत के प्रधान मंत्री से आज की तिथि के अनुसार बकाया देयों को माफ करने का अनुरोध किया जो नेपाल सरकार की ओर से रक्षा संबंधी खरीदों के लिए भारत सरकार को देय है।

(a) whether it is a fact that inordinate delay on UN's part in clearing $ 180.55 million dues to India could adversely affect the country's capacity to participate in future peace-keeping operations as well as to compensate for troops-cost, contingent owned equipment lease and other specific services;
