क्योंकि नष्ट किये जाने के कारण धरती सूख गई थी, और उपज के मौसम में अनाज नहीं उगा पाई; और पूरी धरती नष्ट हो गई थी, यहां तक कि लमनाइयों और नफाइयों की भी, इसलिए उनका विनाश हुआ जिससे कि प्रदेश के अधिक दुष्कर्मी हिस्से में हजारों की संख्या में लोग नष्ट हुए ।
