1. + But if you endure suffering because of doing good, this is an agreeable thing to God.

+ लेकिन अगर तुम अच्छा काम करने की वजह से दुख सहते हो, तो परमेश्वर की नज़र में यह अच्छी बात है।

2. Jehovah warned him that he was heading for trouble and advised him to “turn to doing good.”

यहोवा ने उसे प्यार से समझाया कि वह खुद को मुसीबत में न डाले और फिरकर “भला करे।”

3. (b) Why is it not a matter of either doing good works or sharing in the public ministry?

(ख) हमें सिर्फ लोगों की भलाई करने पर या सिर्फ प्रचार करने पर ही ध्यान क्यों नहीं देना चाहिए?

6. On the other hand, wealth gradually accumulated —little by little by doing good work— steadily increases and can be put to good use.

दूसरी तरफ जो दौलत, मेहनत करके थोड़ी-थोड़ी इकट्ठी की जाती है, वह लगातार बढ़ती है और उसे अच्छे कामों के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।

7. “If, when you are doing good and you suffer, you endure it, this is a thing agreeable with God.” —1 PETER 2:20.

“यदि भला काम करके दुख उठाते हो और धीरज धरते हो, तो यह परमेश्वर को भाता है।”—1 पतरस 2:20.

8. In this regard, the apostle Peter said: “If, when you are doing good and you suffer, you endure it, this is a thing agreeable with God.”

इस बारे में प्रेरित पतरस ने कहा: “यदि भला काम करके दुख उठाते हो और धीरज धरते हो, तो यह परमेश्वर को भाता है।”

9. (Ephesians 4:23, 24; Colossians 3:10, 12-14) So, then, draw courage from the apostle Peter’s wise advice: “Let those who are suffering in harmony with the will of God keep on commending their souls to a faithful Creator while they are doing good.”—1 Peter 4:19.
