1. In exchanging and disseminating it to third parties, both Parties shall take into account existing legal provisions, the rights of third parties and international obligations.

उसका तीसरे पक्ष के साथ आदान-प्रदान और प्रसार करने के लिये, दोनों पक्ष, वर्तमान कानूनी प्रावधानों, तीसरे पक्षों के अधिकारों और अंतरराष्ट्रीय दायित्वों का ध्यान रखेंगे।

2. Through the centuries, Indian society has been an open system, receiving and assimilating major influences from outside its geographical boundaries, like Islam and Christianity, while disseminating its composite cultural influences outward and building abiding links with societies from the Middle-East to South East Asia.
