77. For receiving the funds for SBM(G), disbursement of the same to the Sates/UTs implementing agencies, and repayment of loan and interest amount, National Centre for Drinking Water, Sanitation and Quality shall work as a receptacle agency.

एसबीएम (जी) के लिए निधियां प्राप्त करने के संबंध में राज्यों/केन्द्रशासित प्रदेशों की कार्य एजेंसियों को उसका आवंटन तथा ऋण और ब्याज रकम के पुनर्भुगतान के संबंध में राष्ट्रीय पेयजल, स्वच्छता एवं गुणवत्ता केन्द्र प्राप्तकर्ता एजेंसी के रूप में काम करेगा।

78. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), a State Government entity, has also been allowed to borrow directly from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Official Development Assistance (ODA) loan for implementation of Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) project.

राज्य सरकार के उपक्रम मुंबई मेट्रोपोलिटन रीजन डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (एमएमआरडीए) को मुंबई ट्रांस हारबर लिंक (एमटीएचएल) परियोजना के कार्यान्वयन के लिए सीधे तौर पर जापान इंटरनैशनल कोऑपरेशन एजेंसी (जेआईसीए) से ओडीए ऋण सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए मंजूरी दी गई है।

79. (c)&(d) On 27 September 2007 Prime Minister announced that Ministry of Finance shall liaise with the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) which has been designated as the implementing agency to develop a suitable soft loan package for the replacement of fishing boats.

In Asia, if repayment is secured by a charge over land, the loan document is called a mortgage; where repayment is secured by a charge against other assets of the company, the document is called a debenture; and where no security is involved, the document is called a note or 'unsecured deposit note'.
