1. There was talk also on the need to support Afghanistan's transition into normal democratic society and free the region from terrorism.

अफगानिस्तान को एक सामान्य लोकतांत्रिक समाज बनाने और आतंकवाद से क्षेत्र की मुक्ति के लिए समर्थन की आवश्यकता पर भी विचार – विमर्श किया ।

2. We support the Afghan Government’s determination to integrate those willing to abjure violence and live and work within the parameters of the Afghan Constitution, which provides the framework for a pluralistic and democratic society.

हम अफगानिस्तान सरकार के उस संकल्प का स्वागत करते हैं जिसके तहत इसने हिंसा का त्याग करने वाले तथा बहुवादी एवं बहुतांत्रिक समाज का प्रावाधान करने वाले अफगान संविधान की सीमा के भीतर रहने और कार्य करने की इच्छा व्यक्त करने वालों को समेकित किया जाएगा।

3. (v) Need to ensure security of the cyberspace and institutionalize safeguards against misuse for the protection of Internet users, and at the same time also ensure the free flow and access to information essential to a democratic society.

v. साइबर स्पेस की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने तथा इंटरनेट प्रयोक्ताओं के संरक्षण के लिए दुरूपयोग के विरूद्ध सुरक्षोपायों को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बनाने की आवश्यकता और साथ ही किसी लोकतांत्रिक समाज के लिए आवश्यक सूचना के अबाध प्रवाह एवं पहुंच को भी सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता।
