1. In deference to the plea of the petitioner in the aforesaid CA, the Election Commission submitted that it has no objection to the introduction of VVPAT Units for conduct of free, fair and transparent elections.

उपरोक्त सिविल अपील में याचिकाकर्ता के सम्मान करते हुए चुनाव आयोग ने अपनी दलील में कहा कि निर्बाध, निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी तरीके से चुनाव कराने के लिए वीवीपीएटी मशील का उपयोग करने में उसे कोई आपत्ति नहीं है।
