(ख) समय-समय पर 18 अधिसूचित ईसीआर देशों में भारतीय उत्प्रवासी कामगारों से संविदागत शर्तों के उल्लंघन, कार्य की प्रतिकूल स्थितियों, मजदूरी संबंधी मुद्दों, नियोक्ता संबंधी शिकायतों, चिकित्सा एवं बीमा संबंधी समस्याओं और मुआवजा/मृत्यु दावों के बारे में दुर्व्यवहार की शिकायतें प्राप्त होती रहती हैं।

(c) & (d) Complaints are received from Indian emigrants in notified Emigration Check Required (ECR) countries, from time to time, regarding violation of contractual terms, adverse working conditions, wage related issues, employer related problems, medical and insurance related problems and compensation/death claims.

(ग) और (घ) समय-समय पर अधिसूचित उत्प्रवासन जांच अपेक्षित (ईसीआर) देशों में भारतीय प्रवासियों से, संविदात्मक शर्तों के उल्लंघन, प्रतिकूल कार्य स्थितियों, वेतन संबंधी मुद्दों, नियोक्ता संबंधी समस्याओं, चिकित्सा और बीमा संबंधित समस्याओं और प्रतिपूर्ति/मृतक दावों के बारे में शिकायतें प्राप्त होती हैं।

15. The CECA also facilitates the temporary movement of business people including contractual service suppliers, and independent professionals in commercially meaningful sectors including accounting and auditing, architecture, urban planning, engineering services, medical and dental, nursing and pharmacy, Computer and Related Services (CRS), and Management Consulting Services.

व्यापक आर्थिक सहयोग करार, लेखांकन और लेखापरीक्षा, वास्तुशिल्प, शहरी नियोजना, इंजीनियरी सेवाओं, चिकित्सा एवं दंत चिकित्सा, नर्सिंग एवं फार्मेसी, कम्प्यूटर और संबंधित सेवाओं तथा प्रबंधन परामर्शी सेवाओं सहित वाणिज्यिक रूप से सार्थक सेवाओं में संविदात्मक सेवा आपूर्तिकर्ताओं तथा स्वतंत्र विशेषज्ञों के साथ-साथ व्यवसायियों के अस्थायी आवागमन में भी मदद करता है ।

16. The contractual obligations, terms/conditions, fee structure for the course proposed may be studied carefully and if possible, Indian students already studying there and the Indian Mission concerned may be consulted before taking the final decision and making any payment to the universities/institutions or their agencies.

संविदात्मक दायित्वों, नियम/शर्तों, प्रस्तावित पाठ्यक्रम के लिए शुल्क संरचना, यदि संभव हो तो ध्यान देखी जा सकती है, पहले से ही वहाँ अध्ययन करने वाले भारतीय छात्रों और भारतीयों से अंतिम निर्णय लेने से पहले और विश्वविद्यालयों/संस्थानों या उनके एजेंसियों को किसी भी प्रकार का भुगतान करने से सलाह ली जा सकती है।

17. And then in the next 48 to 72 hours we expect to double the officials who will be available in a roving capacity to assist any Indian national for each of these issues (a) in case they have any problem with travel documentation, (b) in case they have any problem with contractual obligations if they have to move out, and (c) in case they have any problem with acquisition of air tickets.
