इन सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती पर हुए सभी व्यय को संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा वहन किया जाता है, जिसमें आगम एवं प्रत्यावर्तन के लिए परिवहन, विदेश (ओवरसीज) भत्ता, टुकड़ी के उपकरण की लागत, व्यक्तिगत वस्त्र, चिकित्सा, भोजन एवं रहने के खर्चें शामिल हैं।

6. (c) & (d) The cost of deployment of personnel, including basic allowances for the troops and police personnel as well as the cost of contingent owned equipment is reimbursed by the UN at rates fixed by it and in accordance with relevant agreements signed by Member States with the UN.

(ग) एवं (घ) सैन्य टुकड़ी और पुलिस कार्मिकों के लिए मूल भत्तों सहित कार्मिकों की तैनाती लागत तथा आकस्मिकता के लिए प्रयोजनार्थ उपस्कर की लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति यूएन द्वारा इसकी निर्धारित दर के हिसाब से तथा यूएन के साथ सदस्य देशों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित संगत करारों के अनुरूप की जाती है।

7. (a) whether it is a fact that inordinate delay on UN's part in clearing $ 180.55 million dues to India could adversely affect the country's capacity to participate in future peace-keeping operations as well as to compensate for troops-cost, contingent owned equipment lease and other specific services;

(क) क्या यह सच है कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा भारत को देय 180.55 मिलियन डॉलर के भुगतान में असाधारण विलम्ब होने से भावी शांति अभियानों में देश की भागीदारी और सेना-लागत, सैन्य बल के स्वामित्वाधीन उपकरण पट्टे तथा अन्य विशिष्ट सेवाओं की प्रतिपूर्ति की क्षमता पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ सकता है;

(ग) और (घ) सैन्यबलों तथा पुलिस कर्मियों हेतु मूल भत्ते साथ ही सैनिक टुकड़ी के उपकरणों की लागत सहित कर्मियों की तैनाती संबंधी लागत की प्रतिपूर्ति संयुक्त राष्ट्र द्वारा तयशुदा दरों पर तथा सदस्य राष्ट्रों एवं संयुक्त राष्ट्र के बीच हस्ताक्षरित प्रासंगिक करारों के अनुसार सरकार को प्रतिपूर्ति की जाती है।
