1. (vi) After commencement of the Act, for PPP projects, the concessionaire shall be free to fix the tariff based on market conditions.

6. पीपीपी परियोजनाओं के लिए अधिनियम के लागू होने के बाद रियायत प्राप्तकर्ता बाजार की शर्तों पर प्रशुल्क निर्धारित करने में स्वतंत्र होगा।

2. Concessionaire would pay Royalty on “per MT of cargo/TEU handled” basis which would be indexed to the variations in the WPI annually.

छूट धारकों को ‘प्रति मीट्रिक टन माल/टीईयू हैंडल्ड’ के आधार पर रॉयल्टी देनी होगी, जो वार्षिक डब्ल्यूपीआई में उतार-चढ़ाव के मद्देनजर तय होगी।
