किंतु यदि उनमें वह भावना निहित हो जाती है , कि उसी क्षेत्र या पास के क्षेत्र में रहने वाले देश के वे लोग जो भिन्न भाषा बोलते है , शब्द के सबसे अनुचित अर्थ में बाहरी हैं , और उनके साथ उसी तरह का व्यवहार करना चाहिए , तब वह भाषायी सांप्रदायिकता का भद्दा रूप बन जाता है , जो राष्ट्रीय एकता के लिए हानिकर तथा अत्याधिक आपत्तिजनक है .
