73. We will work with others to foster an environment of shared acceptance of the principles of freedom of navigation, unimpeded lawful commerce, peaceful resolution of maritime disputes, and access to resources, in accordance with international law.

हम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के अनुसरण में नौकायन की स्वतंत्रता, बाधा रहित विधिसम्मत वाणिज्य, समुद्री विवादों के शांतिपूर्ण समाधान तथा संसाधनों तक पहुंच के सिद्धांतों की साझी स्वीकृति का माहौल तैयार करने के लिए अन्य देशों के साथ काम करेंगे।

74. To facilitate both domestic coordination and implementation of the provisions of the Agreement, a National Committee on Trade Facilitation would be set up under the Joint Chair of Secretary, Department of Revenue and Secretary, Department of Commerce.

समझौते के प्रावधानों के क्रियान्वयन और घरेलू तालमेल दोनों में ही सहूलियत के लिए राजस्व विभाग के सचिव और वाणिज्य विभाग के सचिव की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में एक राष्ट्रीय व्यापार सुविधा समिति गठित की जाएगी।

75. * The two leaders concurred that the signing of the Agreement on Maritime Transport between India and Egypt during the visit will further intensify bilateral cooperation by facilitating not only maritime commerce but also transit of naval vessels.

* यात्रा के दौरान दोनों नेताओं ने भारत और मिस्र के बीच समुद्री परिवहन पर समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए सहमति जताई है जिससे आगे न केवल समुद्री वाणिज्य को बल्कि नौसेना के जहाजों के पारगमन की सुविधा में भी द्विपक्षीय सहयोग को तेज किया जाऐगा।

76. The bilateral agreement on trade, commerce and transit provides for continued free-trade arrangements between India and Bhutan with simplified procedures and additional facilities and sixteen entry/exit points in India for Bhutan's trade with third countries.

व्यापार, वाणिज्य और पारगमन संबंधी द्विपक्षीय समझौता, भारत और भूटान के बीच नियमित मुक्त व्यापार व्यवस्था का प्रावधान करता है जिसकी उदार प्रक्रिया है, अतिरिक्त सुविधाएं हैं तथा अन्य देशों के साथ भूटान के व्यापार के लिए भारत में 16 प्रवेश और निकास स्थल हैं ।

77. Cooperation between the two postal agencies including exchange of experience, knowledge and technology in e-commerce/logistics services; cooperation on philately; establishment of working group of experts; feasibility studies on using air and surface transit capacities of both countries.

अनुभवों, ई–कॉमर्स/लॉजिस्टिक सेवाओं में जानकारियों और प्रोद्योगिकी; डाक टिकट पर सहयोग; विशेषज्ञों के कार्यकारी समूह की स्थापना; दोनों देशों की वायु और सतह पारगमन क्षमताओं के इस्तेमाल पर व्यवहार्य अध्ययन के आदान प्रदान सहित दोनों डाक एजेंसियों के बीच सहयोग।

78. According to an Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) survey, the online retail market in India may grow to Rs.70 billion (over $1.30 billion) by 2015 from Rs.20 billion in 2011 as internet access improves.

भारत के एसोसियेटेड चेम्बर्स आँफ कॉंमर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्री (एसोचैम) द्वारा किये गये एक सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार भारत में ऑंनलाइन फुटकर व्यापार में वृद्धि वर्ष, 2011 के 20 बिलियन रुपयों की तुलना में वर्ष 2015 तक 70 बिलियन रुपयों (1.3 बिलियन अमरीकी डाँलर से अधिक) की हो सकती है, क्योंकि इंटरनेट तक पहुँच में सुधार हो रहा है।

79. As the countries in the ASEAN region strive for greater economic integration, the safety of sea lanes - critical for maritime trade and commerce, maritime security, and access to marine resources in accordance with accepted international norms, continues to assume greater significance.

चूंकि आसियान क्षेत्र के देश अधिक आर्थिक एकीकरण के लिए प्रयास कर रहे हैं, समुद्री लेनों की सुरक्षा – जो समुद्री व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, समुद्री सुरक्षा और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्वीकृत मानदंडों के अनुसरण में समुद्री संसाधनों तक पहुंच का अधिक महत्व बना हुआ है।

80. Thereafter, the Nuclear Suppliers Group has to agree, by consensus, to adapt its guidelines, we expect without conditions, to enable nuclear commerce with India and to dismantle the restrictions on the transfer of dual use technologies and items to our country.

उसके बाद परमाणु आपूर्तिकर्ता समूह द्वारा सर्वसम्मति से भारत के साथ परमाणु व्यापार को सुकर बनाने के लिए अपने दिशानिर्देशों में परिवर्तन करने और हमारे देश पर दोहरे इस्तेमाल वाली प्रौद्योगिकियों और मदों के अंतरण पर लगे प्रतिबंध को समाप्त करने पर राज़ी होना होगा जिसकी हमें बिना शर्त उम्मीद है ।
