1. The proposal envisages that all the long term coal linkages of individual State Generating Stations shall be clubbed and assigned to respective states / state nominated agency.

उपर्युक्त प्रस्ताव में यह उल्लेख किया गया है कि व्यक्तिगत राज्य उत्पादक केंद्रों के समस्त दीर्घकालिक कोल लिंकेजों को आपस में जोड़ दिया जाएगा और उन्हें संबंधित राज्य/राज्य द्वारा नामित एजेंसी को सौंप दिया जाएगा।

2. Similarly coal linkages of individual Central Generating Stations (CGS) shall be clubbed and assigned to the company owning the CGS, to enable the efficient coal utilization amongst end use generating stations.

इसी तरह व्यक्तिगत केंद्रीय उत्पादक केंद्रों (सीजीएस) के कोल लिंकेजों को आपस में जोड़ दिया जाएगा और उन्हें सीजीएस का स्वामित्व रखने वाली कंपनी को सौंप दिया जाएगा, ताकि अंतिम इस्तेमाल करने वाले उत्पादक केंद्रों के बीच कोयले का कारगर उपयोग संभव हो सके।
