4. Question: Most of the Chief Minister’s of the North-Eastern states bordering Bangladesh have suggested that India should ask Bangladesh access to Chittagong port.

5. * It was agreed that Bangladesh will allow use of Mongla and Chittagong sea ports for movement of goods to and from India through road and rail.

7. * The two sides agreed to expedite the implementation of development projects including construction of a Cultural Centre, undertaking feasibility study for upgradation of Dhaka - Chittagong railway line, setting up of IT labs in 64 model schools and IT centres at Military Institute for Science & Technology, Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre and Bangladesh Police Academy and provision of solar lamps to 2800 families affected by the Sidr Cyclone.

64 मॉडल स्कूलों में आईटी प्रयोगशालाओं की स्थापना करना तथा सैन्य विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, बंगलादेश लोक प्रशासन प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र और बंगलादेश पुलिस अकादमी में आईटी केन्द्रों की स्थापना करना तथा सिद्र चक्रवात से प्रभावित 2800 परिवारों के लिए सौर लैम्प मुहैया कराना शामिल है।
