2. Surrounding these three Chambers is a four - storeyed circular structure providing accommodation for ministers , Chairmen of Parliamentary Committees , Party Offices , important offices of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Secretariats and also the Offices of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs .

इन तीन चैंबरों के चारों ओर एक चार मंजिला वृत्ताकार इमारत बनी हुई है जिसमें मंत्रियों , संसदीय समितियों के सभापतियों , पार्टी के कार्यालयों , लोक सभा तथा राज्य सभा सचिवालयों के महत्वपूर्ण कार्यालयों और संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय के कार्यालयों के लिए स्थान की व्यवस्था की गई है .

A Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Joint Ventures and Research and Development in Pharmaceuticals and Bio-pharmaceuticals between the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India, and the State Administration of Ukraine on Medicinal Products was signed on 13th November 2013 in the presence of the two Co-Chairmen.

13 नवम्बर, 2013 को दोनों सह-अध्यक्षों की उपस्थिति में भारत सरकार के रसायन एवं उर्वरक मंत्रालय तथा उक्रेन के राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन के मध्य औषधीय उत्पादों के संबंध में फार्मास्यूटीकल्स एवं जैव-फार्मास्यूटीकल्स में संयुक्त उद्यम और अनुसंधान एवं विकास में सहयोग के एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।
