1. Prime Minister and President Obama agreed to advance public health and biomedical research collaborations between the United States and India.

प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति ओबामा संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका तथा भारत के बीच लोक स्वास्थ्य व जैव-चिकित्सा अनुसंधान सहयोग को बढावा देने के लिए सहमत हुए थे।

2. They agreed to build on existing strong ties across academia and scientific communities by advancing public health and biomedical research collaborations between the United States and India.

उन्होंने संयुक्त राज्य अमरीका और भारत के बीच लोक स्वास्थ्य एवं जैव चिकित्सा अनुसंधान सहयोग को बढ़ावा देने के जरिए शैक्षिक एवं वैज्ञानिक समुदायों के बीच मोजूद ठोस संबंधों को और आगे बढ़ाने पर सहमति व्यक्त की।

3. The facility will create, develop and provide access to a range of laboratory animals and related technological resources for advancement of biomedical research in the country, mainly to facilitate research in medical colleges, research and academic institutions, universities and Biotech/Bio-pharma companies.

संस्थान में आधुनिक जैव औषधीय अनुसंधान को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए कई प्रयोगशाला-पशु एवं संबंधित तकनीकें मुहैया करवाई जाएंगी, मूलतः आयुर्विज्ञान महाविद्यालयों एवं अकादमिक संस्थानों, विश्वविद्यालयों एवं जैव प्रौद्योगिकी/ जैव औषध कंपनियों में शोध को सुसाध्य बनाने के लिए।
