1. The hallowed portals of Rashtrapati Bhawan are no strangers to history, and so it is befitting that the story of the ISA should find its marker here.

2. It is, indeed, befitting that this commemoration is taking place on the soil of Indonesia where the foundations of our Movement were laid at the historic Asian African Conference held in Bandung in 1955.

वस्तुत: यह उपयुक्त है कि यह समारोह इंडोनेशिया की जमीन पर मनाया जा रहा है, जहां वर्ष 1955 में बांडुंग में आयोजित ऐतिहासिक एशियाई-अफ्रीकी सम्मेलन में हमारे इस आंदोलन की आधारशिला रखी गई थी।

3. (a) Whether the attention of the Government has been drawn towards the allegedly threatening statement given by the President of Pakistan that if India contemplates to attack any part of Pakistan in the name of terrorism, it too would give a befitting reply;
