10. The functions of the Committee are to examine the reports and accounts of the public undertakings specified in the Rules of Procedure and the reports of the Comptroller and Auditor - General thereon , if any , and to examine , in the context of the autonomy and efficiency of the public undertakings , whether the affairs of the public undertakings are being managed in accordance with sound business principles and prudent commercial practices .

समिति के कृत्य इस प्रकार हैं : प्रक्रिया नियमों में उल्लिखित सरकारी उपक्रमों के प्रतिवेदनों और लेखाओं की और उन पर नियंत्रक महालेखापरीक्षक के प्रतिवेदनों की , यदि कोई हों तो , जांच करना और देखना कि क्या सरकारी उपक्रमों की स्वायत्तता और कार्यकुशलता के संदर्भ में सरकारी उपक्रमों के कार्य समुचित व्यापार सिद्धांतों और विवेकपूर्ण वाणिज्यिक प्रथाओं के अनुसार चलाए जा रहे हैं .
