दूसरे किस्म को ब्यूबौनिक कहते हैं। इसमें भी मरीज़ को बुखार चढ़ता है, लेकिन साथ ही उसके शरीर में खासकर जाँघों के जोड़ और बगल में गिलटी निकल आती है जिसमें पस भर जाता है।
