1. They welcomed the technical activation of an optical infrared telescope in Devasthal in India, jointly developed by ARIES (Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences) of India and the Belgian company AMOS (Advanced Mechanical and Optical Systems) as a concrete demonstration of successful collaboration.

उन्होंने भारत के देवस्थल में ऑप्टिकल इन्फ्ररेड दूरबीन को तकनीकी रूप से सक्रिय करने का स्वागत किया। यह दूरबीन दोद्नों देशों के बीच सफल सहयोग के साकार प्रदर्शन के रूप में भारत की एरीज (आर्यभट्ट खगोलदर्शी विज्ञान अनुसंधान संस्थान) और बेल्जियम की कंपनी एमोस ( एडवांस्ड मैकेनिकल एवं ऑप्टिकल सिस्टम) द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विकसित की गई है।
