1. (d) the authority in the Ministry of External Affairs who has taken decision not to file appeal against the lower court’s verdict for restoring the passports of absconders?

(घ) विदेश मंत्रालय के किस प्राधिकारी ने फरार व्यक्तियों के पासपोर्टों की बहाली के लिए निचली अदालत के निर्णय के विरुद्ध अपील दायर न करने का निर्णय लिया है?

2. (c) the details of the cases in which Government has not moved higher court for appeal against restoring passports of absconders by lower courts during last three years, case-wise; and

(ग) विगत तीन वर्षों के दौरान उन मामलों का, मामला-वार ब्यौरा क्या है जिनमें फरार व्यक्तियों के पासपोर्ट निचली अदालतों द्वारा बहाल किए जाने के विरुद्ध सरकार ने उच्च न्यायालय में अपील नहीं की है; और

3. According to the Act the aggrieved party can appeal against any of the above actions to an Appellate Tribunal which has been constituted under the Act by the central government to hear appeals .

अधिनियम के अनुसार व्यथित पक्ष उपर्युक्त किसी कार्रवाई के विरुद्ध एक अपील अधिकरण में अपील कर सकता है जिसका गठन केंन्द्र सरकार ने इस अधिनियम के अधीन अपीलों की सुनवाई के लिए किया है .
