1. IC is issued by the Controlling authority after verifying the service record and antecedents of the employee.

'पहचान प्रमाणपत्र' उस कर्मचारी के सेवा रिकार्ड तथा पूर्ववृत्त की जांच करके नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया जाता है।
