3. On Myanmar, amongst other things, they urged the Myanmar authorities to implement Kofi Annan led Rakhine advisory commission’s recommendations and work with Bangladesh to enable the return of the displaced persons from all communities to Northern Rakhine state.

4. MR. STORELLA: Could I add that when we discuss trying to address the root causes of this conflict and the crisis, that a lot of work has been done already, including by the Rakhine Commission headed by Kofi Annan.

5. India urged the need for peaceful resolution of the crisis with participation of all parties taking into account the legitimate aspirations of all Syrians for which the Geneva Communiqué which includes the 6-Point Plan of Kofi Annan provides a good basis.

भारत ने सभी सीरियावासियों की विधिसम्मत अभिलाषाओं को ध्यान में रखकर, सभी दलों की भागीदारी से इस संकट के शांतिपूर्ण समाधान की आवश्यकता का समर्थन किया जिसके लिए जिनेवा विज्ञप्ति एक अच्छा आधार प्रदान करती है जिसमें कोफी अन्नान की छह सूत्रीय योजना शामिल है।
