1. Jehovah is not aloof concerning the adversities of his people.

अपने लोगों की प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों के बारे में यहोवा बेपरवाह नहीं है।

2. Adversities and suffering can cause an individual to lose his mental balance.

हद-से-ज़्यादा दुःख-तकलीफों और परेशानियों की वजह से एक व्यक्ति अपना मानसिक संतुलन खो सकता है।

3. The fact is, the Bible is filled with accounts of upright individuals who faced personal adversities.

सच पूछिए तो बाइबल में परमेश्वर के ऐसे कई वफादार सेवकों के बारे में बताया गया है, जिन्हें मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ा था।

4. Witnesses have done such preaching during a century of extreme nationalism, totalitarian political systems, world wars, and sundry adversities.

इस सदी की देशाहंकार, तानाशाही, विश्व युद्ध और ऐसी ही अनेक कहर ढानेवाली मुसीबतों के बावजूद साक्षियों ने प्रचार का काम जारी रखा।

5. (Ecclesiastes 9:11) These adversities, though, provided opportunities for Witnesses to show brotherly affection for one another. —1 Peter 1:22.

(सभोपदेशक 9:11) मगर इन हादसों के वक्त साक्षियों को आपस में भाईचारे का प्यार दिखाने का बढ़िया मौका भी मिला।—1 पतरस 1:22.

6. Seeing the loving-kindness shown by Jehovah’s people toward one another and the kind consideration for others when faced with adversities has caused some to conclude that the Witnesses have the true religion.

और जब कुछ लोगों ने देखा है कि यहोवा के सेवक, कैसे एक-दूसरे की परवाह करते हैं, खासकर मुसीबत की घड़ी में एक-दूसरे की मदद करते हैं, तो वे कहते हैं कि साक्षियों का धर्म ही सच्चा धर्म है।

7. (Matthew 5:45) A foremost reason why we suffer adversities is that we live in a world that functions on selfish principles and that rests in the power of Satan the Devil. —1 John 5:19.

(मत्ती ५:४५) हमारा कष्ट उठाने का सर्वप्रथम कारण यह है कि हम जिस संसार में रहते हैं वह स्वार्थी सिद्धान्तों पर चलता है और शैतान अर्थात् इब्लीस की शक्ति के वश में है।—१ यूहन्ना ५:१९.
