79. It is also important that there are strict accountability criteria that apply to defence assistance rendered to Pakistan for operations against terrorists and insurgents on the border with Afghanistan.

यह भी महत्वपूर्ण है कि पाकिस्तान को आतंकवादियों के विरुद्ध की जाने वाली कार्रवाइयों तथा अफगानिस्तान से सटे सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में उग्रवादियों की गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाने हेतु उसे दी जाने वाली रक्षा सहायता के लिए कठोर मानदण्ड निर्धारित किए जाएं।
