1. Being in township 21, range 8, east of the principal meridian, and in townships 21 and 22, range 9, east of the principal meridian, in the Province of Manitoba, composed of Black River Indian Reserve No. 9 as shown outlined in red on a plan of survey thereof compiled from official surveys by J. L. P. O’Hanly in the year 1878 and W. E. Taylor, Dominion Land Surveyor in the year 1913, of record in the Department of the Interior under number thirty-six thousand nine hundred and fifty-five, excluding thereout and therefrom the claim of the Methodist Mission, containing one hundred and forty-seven acres more or less and the waters of Black River, both as shown on the said plan, the reserve herein described, containing by admeasurement two thousand acres, more or less.

Situées au Manitoba, dans le township 21, rang 8, à l’est du méridien principal, et dans les townships 21 et 22, rang 9, à l’est du méridien principal, et composées de la réserve « Black River Indian Reserve No. 9 », délimitée en rouge sur le plan d’arpentage de la réserve compilé à partir des arpentages officiels réalisés en 1878 par J. L. P. O’Hanly et en 1913 par W. E. Taylor, arpenteurs des terres fédérales, et déposé au ministère de l’Intérieur sous le numéro trente-six mille neuf cent cinquante-cinq, à l’exclusion de la revendication de la mission méthodiste sur environ cent quarante-sept acres, et les eaux de la rivière Black, les deux figurant sur le plan, la réserve désignée dans le présent décret d’une superficie d’environ deux mille acres.
