1. In the activity of the plasma enzymes AST, ALT, γ-GT alkaline phosphatase, LDH and α-HBDH and also in the concentration of the substrata uric acid, urea, creatinin, glucose and total albumen, there were established age-, sex- and species-related differences, the physiological significance of which is discussed.

Dans l'activité des enzymes plasmatiques AST, ALT, phosphatase alcaline γ-GT, LDH et αHBDH de même que dans la concentration des substrats acides uriques, urée, créatinine, glucose et albumine totale, des différences ont été constatées en fonction de l'âge, du sexe et de l'espèce, différences dont la signification physiologique fait l'objet d'une discussion.
