1. Under section 9 of the said Act, Abitibi-Consolidated Company of Canada has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Kenora, at 220 Main Street, Kenora, Ontario, under deposit No. R33375, a description of the site and plans of the installation of a temporary bridge over Pickerel Creek, on Smart Lake Road, off Aerobus Lake Road.
