1. Brazilian law also prohibits and penalizes other activities related to forced labour, including debt bondage.

2. Lastly, article 152 of the Turkish Penal Code penalizes the acts of aggravated damage to property.

More concretely, the added articles are: a) article 124/d, “Maltreatment of Minors”, which among the others punishes the phenomenon of exploitation of children for compulsory work, begging and other compulsory services; b) addenda to paragraph in article 117, “Pornography”, which treats the pornography with minors; c) addenda to article 128/d, “Trafficking of Minors” which penalizes by Law not only recruitment, concealing, reception, etc., but also the sale of minors.

Plus concrètement, les articles ajoutés sont : a) l’article 124/d relatif à la maltraitance des mineurs lequel, entre autres, punit l’exploitation des enfants pour le travail obligatoire, la mendicité ou autres services obligatoires; b) l’additif à l’article 117 au paragraphe relatif à la pornographie qui traite de pornographie avec des mineurs; c) l’additif à l’article 128/d relatif à la traite des mineurs qui pénalise légalement non seulement le recrutement, la dissimulation, la réception entre autres, mais aussi la vente de mineurs.

The Criminal Code penalizes and punishes the actions of abetting, assisting or protecting the prostitution of others, sharing in the proceeds of the prostitution of others or procuring others for the purposes of prostitution, or employing, maintaining or inciting a minor or adult, even with his or her consent, to engage in prostitution, or acting as an intermediary in any form in such acts, by a term of imprisonment of one to five years and a fine of 5,000 to 1 million dirhams (article 498 of the Criminal Code, amended by Act No. 2403 on reform of the Criminal Code).

Le Code pénal réprime et sanctionne le fait d’aider, d’assister ou de protéger la prostitution d’autrui, de partager les produits de la prostitution d’autrui, de livrer une personne à la prostitution, d’embaucher ou entretenir ou entraîner une personne mineure ou adulte, même avec son consentement, en vue de la prostitution, ou de faire office d’intermédiaire à un titre quelconque entre les personnes se livrant à ces actes par une peine d’emprisonnement de un à cinq ans et d’une amende de 5 000 à 1 000 000 de dirhams (art. 498 du Code pénal réformé en vertu de la loi 24.03 portant réforme du Code pénal).
