The Board also granted the authorities' request for two waivers of nonobservance of the continuous performance criteria on the non-accumulation of domestic arrears and the non-accumulation of external arrears on the grounds of the minor deviation from the program objectives and the corrective measures undertaken by the authorities.

Le Conseil a également accordé, à la demande des autorités Djiboutiennes, deux dérogations pour la non observation de critère de réalisation continus relatifs à la non accumulation d’arriérés de paiements intérieurs et extérieurs, en raison de la modicité de l’écart par rapport aux objectifs du programme et des mesures correctrices prises par les autorités.
