1. Clearly adrenal insufficiency diminishes the ability of DOCA to induce high blood pressure, and therefore it appears unlikely that adrenal-regeneration hypertension in the rat can be ascribed to heightened sensitivity to mineralocorticoid activity during the state of adrenal insufficiency.
