Taylor, Dominion Land Surveyor in the year 1913, of record in the Department of the Interior under number thirty-six thousand nine hundred and fifty-five, excluding thereout and therefrom the claim of the Methodist Mission, containing one hundred and forty-seven acres more or less and the waters of Black River, both as shown on the said plan, the reserve herein described, containing by admeasurement two thousand acres, more or less.

L. P. O’Hanly et en 1913 par W. E. Being in the Province of Manitoba and composed of all that parcel or tract of land containing by admeasurement one hundred and sixty acres, more or less, shown as Indian Reserve No. 21, Block B, upon a plan of survey of River Lots in the vicinity of Pas in the said Province, approved and confirmed at Ottawa, on the 4th day of February, A.D. 1914, by Edouard Deville, Surveyor General of Dominion Lands, and of record in the Department of the Interior, the northwestern limit of the said parcel or tract of land being the right bank of Saskatchewan River, as shown upon a plan showing surveys of part of The Pas Indian Reserve by W. A. Austin, Dominion Land Surveyor, in the year 1883, of record in the Department of the Interior under No. 3209.

Description: — Being in township five, range seventeen, east of the principal meridian, in the Province of Manitoba, and being composed of Northwest Angle Indian Reserve No. 34C, as shown on a plan of survey thereof by A. H. Vaughan, Dominion Land Surveyor, in the year 1881, and J. W. Fitzgerald, Ontario Land Surveyor, in the year 1911, of record in the Department of the Interior under number thirty-seven thousand one hundred and thirty-nine, containing by admeasurement seven hundred and fifty acres, more or less, the said Indian Reserve being subject to a reservation of the Flowage rights to contour one thousand and sixty-four, sea level datum, on all lands bordering on waters tributary to Lake of the Woods, which rights may be exercised at any time without notice and without compensation for any actual or alleged loss or damage to the occupant of the lands.

Fitzgerald, Ontario Land Surveyor, in the year 1911, of record in the Department of the Interior under number Thirty-seven thousand one hundred and fifty, containing by admeasurement one thousand and seven hundred and four acres and four tenths of an acre, more or less, the said portion being subject to a reservation of Flowage rights to contour one thousand and sixty-four, sea level datum, on all lands bordering on waters tributary to Lake of the Woods, which rights may be exercised at any time without notice and without compensation for any actual or alleged loss or damage to the occupant of the land.
